Data suggests that these disorders are under-recognized, which calls for an increased awareness the varying clinical, laboratory, electrophysiological and radiological presentations different types autoimmune encephalitis. This cross-sectional observational study included all patients diagnosed with AE, who presented to tertiary care centre from June 2016 January 2021. were collected including patient’s demography, electrophysiology studies, management outcomes. Results 31 participants included, 13 anti-NMDA antibody positive, 12 anti-LGI1 2 anti-CASPR2 positive dual status (anti-LGi1 anti-CASPR2), one each anti-GABA-B anti-GAD 65. There marginal male predilection overall seizures being most common symptom (68%) followed by behavioural disturbance (64.5%), impairment consciousness (32.3%).
